DOES JESUS CARE?

I was on a journey yesterday, and in the course of that journey, the Lord directed my spirit to study the book of Hebrews. I read through from chapter one through to chapter 5. But I spent a great deal of time meditating on

Hebrews 4:13-16:

4:14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess.
4:15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are–yet was without sin.
4:16 Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

The Holy spirit made me understand so many things from this verse. One of which answers one of the most secret question of many christains, DOES JESUS CARE?

From the above verses, it’s quite clear that this same Jesus Christ, who we are worshipping and reverencing once wore the shoe of each and every trial and temptation we are going through.

From verse 15:4:15: For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are–yet was without sin.

It becomes more clearer to us that Christ was once

-Tempted like you, hungered, compassed with trials, forsaken by friends, hated, despised, he once experienced what you are going through now, but the good news is that he came out victorious.

Dear friends I don’t know what you are going through at this present stage of your life. Maybe you think God has forgotten you and you’ve decided to go back to what you left before. Please don’t give up, Jesus cares about you.

Verse 16 says: Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Come boldly to him today, in sincerity and in prayers, cry out and drop every burden you are presently carrying at his feet. Then watch Him give you rest from all your troubles for He does care about you and everything you go through, never forget that.
