In this journey of life, there are times when we experience some circumstances that may seem too heavy to bear. And for this reason many have resorted to asking themselves, if God is still with them. They doubt God’s presence because they can’t feel Him or because their challenges are still with them.

Christ knew that His disciples will miss his presence with them on this Earth, He knew how they sorrowed and wept when he died on the cross. Therefore after commanding them in the way they should go, he decided to reassure them in the book of

MATTEW 28:20 :

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Permit me to rephase the B part of this verse:

1. I am with you always, even when you don’t feel like it

2. I am with you always even when temptations, sickness and poverty encompass you about

3. I am with always even when your friends and family forsake you

4. I am with you always, even your death bed, when you are on transit to eternity.

Which means your father, mother, brother, sisters, friends will one day forsake you, but God will still be there for you.

When you have this kind of mindset about God’s presence, there is nothing that will be impossible for you to overcome. For example a child whose father will always accompany to anywhere, such child can face anything and feel safe that his father will protect him.

In the same way God wants us to be reassured that he will never forsake his own.

Dear friends, always remember that the promises of God are yea and Amen. Don’t give up, don’t doubt any of his promises because though you may not see him but he is still with you.

Every man has a battle to fight and overcome before we will meet at his feet, and He is not going to leave us to be defeated in this Battle.
